·  The prisoners are employed in various branches, including shoe making, wagon and plow making, basket making, coopering, sawing, blacksmithing, filing, knife making, nail making, tailoring, washing, cooking, coal carrying, water carrying, and shop and waiter duties.

·  Same number of guards, but they now have reduced wages and the prison is finding difficulty identifying qualified individuals for Sergeant/Corporal positions at these reduced salaries.

·  Expenditures for the year 1820 were less than the previous year, with expectations of further reductions for the current year.
